Founded by visionary osteopathic physician Dr. John E. Upledger, the Upledger Institute has trained over 125,000 therapists worldwide in CranioSacral Therapy—a gentle, hands-on approach that supports the body’s ability to self-correct by releasing tension deep in the central nervous system.

Meet
Oleksandr Izbash
With a unique integration of medical, osteopathic, and somatic expertise, Oleksandr is a board-certified Obstetrician-Gynaecologist (MD), qualified Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), and Diplomate Certified CranioSacral Therapist (CST-D) Coach.
He is an international faculty member of the Upledger Institute (USA), where he coaches CranioSacral Therapy seminars around the world. His work bridges clinical precision with intuitive depth, guiding both practitioners and clients through powerful transformation.
In addition to his CST training, he is also an experienced breathwork facilitator and leader of transformational retreats, known for creating safe, embodied spaces where true healing can unfold.

No prior experience is required for CST1. Our trainings welcome complete beginners, as well as professionals looking to deepen their therapeutic skillset.

Yes. All Upledger Institute courses follow the same standards used worldwide. Graduates receive official certification that allows progression through the full Upledger curriculum.
