Workshop Cancellation and Participation Policy

1. Payment Terms

  • Upon receiving a quotation, participants have 7 calendar days to complete payment to secure their place and lock in the quoted rate.

  • If payment is not received within 7 days, the rate and availability may be adjusted without prior notice.

  • Full payment is required before participation is confirmed.

2. No Refund Policy

  • All payments are strictly non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend after payment, your full payment will be credited toward a future Upledger Indonesia workshop, valid for 12 months from the payment date.

  • Credit can be used once without administrative fees. Subsequent changes will incur administrative charges.

3. Notification of Non-Attendance and Reschedule Requests

  • Participants who are unable to attend must notify Upledger Indonesia at least 2 months in advance via email to request a reschedule.

  • Reschedule requests made less than 2 months before the workshop start date will not be entertained. The payment will be forfeited without refund or credit.

  • This policy ensures the organiser has sufficient time to allocate the seat to another participant.

4. No-Show Policy

  • Participants who do not attend and provide no prior notice will forfeit their payment and credit in full.

5. Transfer of Credit

  • Credit may be transferred to another person only upon written request from the original participant, submitted via email to Upledger Indonesia.

  • Transfers will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to prerequisites or eligibility requirements.

6. Rescheduling Limit

  • Each participant may reschedule their workshop attendance up to two times within the 12-month credit validity period.

  • Beyond this limit, credit will be forfeited.

7. Partial Attendance

  • If a participant leaves the workshop before completion without a valid, documented reason, no credit or refund will be issued, and no certificate of completion will be provided.

8. Special Circumstances

  • Exceptions may be granted for medical emergencies, family emergencies, or force majeure events.

  • Supporting documentation must be provided within 7 days of the event.

  • Such cases will be handled at the sole discretion of the organiser.

9. Organiser-Initiated Changes

  • Upledger Indonesia reserves the right to change workshop dates, content, or venue.

  • If a workshop is cancelled or postponed by the organiser, participants will receive credit toward a future workshop.

  • In force majeure situations (including pandemics, government restrictions, or natural disasters), a partial or full credit or refund may be granted depending on the circumstances.

10. Participant Conduct

  • Upledger Indonesia reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or non-compliant with workshop guidelines, without refund or credit.

11. Liability Disclaimer

  • Upledger Indonesia is not responsible for travel, accommodation, loss of income, or any other costs incurred by participants due to cancellations, postponements, or changes in the workshop schedule.

12. Agreement to Terms

  • By registering and making payment, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated in this policy.
