  A. Liability Waiver
  - Participants acknowledge that this is not medical treatment
  - Agree to not hold organizers liable for:
    ✗ Personal injuries during training
    ✗ Emotional releases during/after sessions
    ✗ Travel/incidental expenses if the workshop changes
  B. Code of Conduct
  - Respectful behavior required
  - Organisers may remove participants (without refund) for:
    ✗ Harassment
    ✗ Disruptive actions
    ✗ Unsafe practices
  C. Media Release
  - Workshop photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes
  - Opt-out available via written request
  D. Health Requirements
  - Disclose pre-existing conditions (physical/mental health)
  - COVID/illness policy:
    ✓ No refunds for last-minute health cancellations
    ✓ Credit valid for 12 months
