CST1 — CranioSacral Therapy 1

Your starting point. A hands-on introduction to CST.

In this 5-day intensive, you'll learn to feel the craniosacral rhythm, practice gentle touch techniques, and begin releasing tension in the body’s core system. You’ll work with real partners in a supportive group and leave confident to start using CST in your sessions.

CST2 — CranioSacral Therapy 2

Revisit. Refine. Go deeper into the system.

CST2 is where everything begins to click. In this advanced-level workshop, you’ll review and refine the 10-Step Protocol learned in CST1, sharpen your palpation skills, and build confidence in your hands-on technique.

The course also introduces the protocol for intraoral (mouth) work, a critical next step in addressing restrictions in the hard palate, jaw, and cranial base that can affect the entire craniosacral system.

You’ll learn:

  • Palpation of craniosacral rhythm

  • The 10-step protocol

  • Anatomy of the craniosacral system

  • Releasing fascial restrictions and energy cysts

  • How to use intention, neutrality, and therapeutic presence

Open to all backgrounds—no prior experience needed

You’ll learn:

  • In-depth revision and refinement of the CST 10-Step Protocol

  • How to evaluate and treat the hard palate, maxilla, vomer, and other intraoral structures

  • Techniques to release tension patterns affecting the TMJ, facial bones, and cranial base

  • How to adapt mouth work for client comfort and clinical safety

  • Greater confidence in blending intention, anatomy, and listening touch
